Role Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team full-time in the Helsinki or Tampere Metropolitan Areas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects in a multi-team environment, delivering end to end physical AI systems. 

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Defining and managing project scope and deliveries for end to end systems in a multi-team developer environment. 
• Creating roadmaps, schedules, tracking deliverables and managing risk/dependencies. Managing budgets and capacity for efficient resource allocation and execution. 
• Interacting and communicating with our physical AI customers. 
• Creating adaptive metrics & estimations for understanding and communicating delivery and operational status. 

Qualifications

• MSc (or equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience as a project management professional in the technology industry, managing complex, multi-team projects with proven product deployments. 
• Experience from managing and delivering software products with some experience from hardware project management. 
• Ability to create operational clarity for developers, executives and customers. 
• Understanding and experience with Jira or similar Agile tools & metrics. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
